• Build trusted relationships with senior executives across Mastercard's most strategic customers.
• Represent Mastercard at executive meetings, briefings, industry events, and advisory forums.
• Establish Mastercard as a trusted advisor on fraud, identity, cybersecurity, and digital trust.
• Partner with regional teams to deepen executive relationships and support strategic account growth.
• Design and manage customer councils and advisory boards.
• Lead content development and program management for flagship customer engagement events.
