Archer, in collaboration with Barclays, seeks a Vice President-level Securitized Products CRE Attorney to support the Americas on CMBS, CRE loans, and related transactions. You will provide legal advice on offering materials, underwriting agreements, and related documents, and coordinate with risk, compliance, and business teams.

Applicants should bring US securities and securitization expertise and strong regulatory risk management skills, with experience in relevant securitization coverage
