Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with Barclays, seeks a Prime Services Negotiator Vice President in New York to draft, negotiate, and execute capital markets contracts supporting Prime Services and Prime Derivative Services.

You will handle futures, ISDA master agreements, repurchase and stock lending agreements, advise senior stakeholders on risk and controls, and coordinate with legal and risk teams to ensure timely execution. This is a high-impact role with global exposure and complex negotiations.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, negotiating, and executing prime services agreements.
• Knowledge of capital markets contract documentation.
• Experience with Prime Brokerage, Futures, repurchase agreements, stock lending.
• Ability to advise on risk, controls, and legal considerations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee drafting, negotiating, and execution of prime services contracts.
• Support Barclays Prime Services and Prime Derivative Services businesses.
• Coordinate with legal counsel, risk management, and other internal teams.
• Advise stakeholders on regulatory and internal controls (LRRs).
• Manage the lifecycle of transaction documentation and related processes.
