Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree is required.
• Significant experience in secondary market and capital markets transactions.
• Strong understanding of mortgage-related regulatory/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and draft mortgage securitization and MSR agreements.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on QM/ATR and agency requirements.
• Structure ISDAs, MSFTAs, and related financial instruments.
• Oversee securitization due diligence and disclosures in line with Regulation AB.
• Manage regulatory compliance across securitization frameworks and US securities laws.
• Collaborate with senior management and internal stakeholders.
