Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex, multi-workstream transformation and program delivery initiatives.
• Strong program management discipline with roadmap planning, RAID management, governance forums, and timely escalation of blockers.
• Analytical and problem-solving capability to structure ambiguity into clear options and executable plans.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes across complex organizations to accelerate decisions and drive accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce executive-ready narratives and status reports.
• Experience defining and driving OKRs and KPIs with data to manage performance and realize benefits.
• Proficiency in data analysis and insight generation; interpret models and identify drivers for improvements.
• Proven conflict management capability to surface issues early and negotiate win-win solutions.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, and Tableau for delivery and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of strategic plans into high-impact programs and projects across business units.
• Translate strategic goals into a multi-year roadmap and quarterly execution plans with milestones and runbooks.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Business, Operations, and Technology; embed in workstreams to drive decisions and delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to define priorities and requirements; translate them into clear scope, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
• Engage with senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving issues.
• Define and manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across Quality / Cost / Time with KPI definitions and data sources.
• Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards; lead routine performance reviews to identify bottlenecks and quantify impact.
• Use operational data (activity/time, throughput, defects, cycle times) to prioritize high-value interventions and track benefits.
• Design and deliver scalable solutions across Operations that drive measurable value (quality, efficiency, cycle time).
• Own portfolio governance: RAID management, dependency mapping, reporting cadence, and executive updates with decision asks.
• Produce executive-ready artifacts (business cases, process flows, gap analyses, governance packs, operating models).
