Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Project Manager to plan and manage multiple high-visibility projects end-to-end within the CTPO PMO. You will drive alignment across lines of business and corporate functions, translating business needs into actionable tech and process requirements.

The role emphasizes RAID governance, weekly status reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes in a regulated financial services environment. 3+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Working knowledge of PMI and common PM tools.
• Experience supporting process improvement in financial services or technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple strategic initiatives from inception through closure, including scope, timeline, and delivery outcomes.
• Define success criteria and track milestones and performance measures.
• Create and execute project plans with milestones, tasks, dependencies, and risks.
• Partner with stakeholders across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions to drive alignment, decisions, and delivery.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, working sessions, and feedback forums to support successful execution.
• Ensure business needs are translated into clear technology and/or process requirements.
• Maintain RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) with escalation and mitigation planning.
• Produce weekly status reporting and deliver updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.
