Natixis is seeking a Securities Clearing Specialist (VP) in New York to lead the daily lifecycle events of principal trading activities, including fixed-income and equity transactions. You will work closely with Front Office and institutional clients, performing complex settlements, reconciliations, and risk mitigation with high attention to accuracy and deadlines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, Series 99 license, and 7+ years in clearing operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field and extensive operational experience in clearing/settlement.
• Active Series 99 registration is required.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with ability to manage high-volume workflows.

Aufgaben

• Post-Trade Lifecycle Controls: perform rigorous controls on post-trade lifecycles for securities trading and repos.
• Intraday Reconciliation: execute complex reconciliations between internal systems and clearing accounts.
• Risk Mitigation and Resolution: research and resolve complex transaction discrepancies to avoid failed trades.
• Settlement Functions: complete daily settlement, including intraday borrowing and pair-offs.
• Exposure Monitoring: monitor positions and cash movements to minimize exposure during settlements.
• Inquiry and Audit Response: provide detailed responses to institutional inquiries and audit requests.
