Tyler Technologies is seeking a Vice President of Product to lead our School Administrative Solutions portfolio. You will manage a distributed team of product managers, owners, and analysts across the US and abroad, and drive market-facing strategy, AI priorities, and a strong client focus.

You will spend significant time with district clients, speak at industry events, and guide the portfolio through regulatory and competitive dynamics while collaborating with senior leadership on cloud

Qualifications

15+ years in product management with 10+ years leading product managers.
Experience owning a portfolio of products and speaking externally to clients and prospects.
Proven AI leadership bringing capabilities to commercially deployed products.
Background in enterprise or public sector software with regulatory familiarity.
Willingness to travel regularly for client, conference, and partner commitments.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

Lead and grow a distributed product team across regions and time zones.
Represent the portfolio in market and client interactions, conferences, and advisory boards.
Drive AI agenda and integrate AI capabilities into product strategy.
Own product strategy and the roadmap for finance, payroll, HR, and reporting.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client experience on positioning and pricing.
