Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management, including 10+ years leading product managers.
• Proven people leadership with hiring, development, and retention.
• Experience owning a portfolio of products or modules.
• Market-facing track record with client/prospect meetings, conferences, and advisory boards.
• Demonstrated AI leadership bringing AI capabilities to production in a commercial product.
• Ability to travel regularly for client, conference, and partner commitments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop a distributed product team across the US and Manila.
• Represent the portfolio in market: speak at industry conferences and client meetings.
• Own the AI agenda and collaborate with AI engineering to deliver capabilities.
• Set portfolio strategy and oversee roadmaps across Finance, Payroll and HR.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client experience on positioning and pricing.
• Lead product diligence and integration for acquisitions and partnerships.
