Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a Vice President of Product to guide the School Admin Portfolio (Finance/HR/ERP) and lead a distributed team across the US and Manila. You will drive strategy, engage with districts and industry events, and shape AI-enabled capabilities that improve client outcomes.

You will spend significant time in the field with district clients, partners, and at conferences, shaping the roadmap from market insights to execution.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management, including 10+ leading product managers.
• Experience owning a portfolio of products or modules rather than a single product.
• Genuine market-facing track record with client/prospect meetings and conference speaking.
• Demonstrated AI leadership, with production use in a commercial product.
• Background in enterprise software with regulatory or compliance experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites, conferences, and partner events.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop a distributed product team across the US and Manila.
• Own portfolio strategy for School Admin products and drive roadmap.
• Represent Tyler in the market through client briefings, conferences, and advisory boards.
• Own AI agenda, including requirements, pricing input, and adoption measurement.
• Partner with engineering/QA to ensure product quality and cloud delivery readiness.
• Lead product diligence and integration for acquisitions.
