• Demonstrated AI leadership, taking AI capabilities to production in a commercial product.

• Lead and grow a distributed product team across regions (US and Manila).
• Represent Tyler in the market with clients, conferences, and advisory boards.
• Own the AI agenda for the portfolio and partner with AI engineering to deliver capabilities.
• Own product strategy and roadmap across finance, payroll and HR, and regulatory reporting.
