Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President to lead Screening Service Efficiency & Analytics Strategy. You will transform how sanctions screening performance is measured, analyzed, and improved, moving from reactive reporting to predictive insights that reduce false positives and increase efficiency.

You will bridge analytics, technology, operations, and governance, delivering dashboards and executive reports with clear, decision-ready narratives while prioritizing automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Analytics / BI with sanctions/AML exposure.
• Experience in client/transaction screening and regulator-facing analyses.
• Proven data stewardship, controls, lineage, and governance practices.
• Strong communication translating analytics to leadership-ready narratives.
• Proficiency with big data platforms and SQL; ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an enterprise metrics framework for sanctions screening.
• Establish governance standards for metric definitions, data lineage and auditability.
• Analyze alert/case/disposition data to identify drivers of false positives.
• Produce trend analyses on volumes, hit/true match rates, and backlog drivers.
• Define KPI dashboards and reporting tailored to senior leaders and governance forums.
• Lead reviews after watchlist updates and vendor changes; monitor drift and spikes.
• Map end-to-end sanctions workflow and identify bottlenecks and queue imbalances.
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities with impact metrics.
• Partner with tech teams to implement analytics-enabled automation and predictive insights.
• Deliver automated dashboards and executive reporting across risk/compliance domains.
