Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in risk management/data analytics, with fraud experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAS and SQL for data analysis and modeling.
• Ability to collaborate and build partnerships across teams.
• Strategic thinker who can drive execution balancing short- and long-term outcomes.
• Experience delivering recommendations to senior management with ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate fraud strategies, capabilities, and processes across product, technology and operations.
• Monitor authentication risks in non-digital channels and fraud attack trends to inform responses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize fraud initiatives.
• Own ATO and authentication-related fraud loss categories with a clear minimization plan.
• Regularly analyze fraud trends and customer frictions to improve strategy performance.
• Leverage internal and external data sources and analytics tools to enhance fraud detection.
• Stay informed on industry trends and adopt best practices; communicate findings to partners.
