Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive Product Management in a bank/fintech/regulatory environment.
• Experience scaling cross-functional products with governance and measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of sanctions screening concepts and operating ecosystems.
• Able to lead in a matrixed environment across Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Legal.
• Deep knowledge of APIs and platform product practices.
• Bachelor0degree or equivalent.
• Create and manage a global vendor/partner framework and engagement model.
• Establish performance management disciplines for resiliency, compliance, scalability and cost effectiveness.
• Strong prioritization and execution across complex dependencies.
• Clear, decisive communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Own global product vision and strategy for sanctions screening, aligned to Wholesale Payments and firmwide control expectations.
• Manage a multi-year roadmap across asset types and use cases; socialize priorities with senior governance.
• Identify top use cases and drive prioritization based on risk reduction, regulatory expectations, client outcomes, scalability and TCO.
• Establish and run product governance; maintain design principles, standards and change frameworks.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Audit to ensure capabilities are defensible and exam-ready.
• Provide senior oversight of screening operations outcomes with capacity planning, SLA, QA, escalation protocols.
• Define and monitor KPIs/KRIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead end-to-end issue management and remediation across data quality and process gaps.
