Job summary

Chase Media Solutions is seeking a Vice President of Sales Enablement to define and lead our enablement strategy, equipping sales teams to grow revenue and improve performance.

You will build scalable onboarding and training programs, deliver high-impact playbooks and content, and optimize tools and processes that support selling. Collaboration with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations is essential to align enablement with GTM priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles.
• Ability to design and deliver scalable enablement programs.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a sales enablement strategy aligned with go-to-market priorities.
• Build onboarding, training, and ongoing learning programs for sales teams.
• Develop playbooks, assets, and competitive insights with cross-functional teams.
• Implement enablement tools and integrate with CRM systems.
• Govern content within Seismic and measure adoption and impact.
• Advise leadership on process improvements to accelerate pipeline health.
• Foster accountability, high performance, and continuous learning.
