Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a VP of Sales & Distribution for the Northeast, reporting to the SVP. The role oversees financial performance and operations of the territory, building a world-class retail execution team and ensuring best-in-class sales processes.

The position requires strong leadership, deep experience in DSD models, and an ability to travel 70-80% with a flexible location in the Northeast. You will drive plans, coach leaders, and deliver KPI-driven results across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in beverage supplier and distributor environments.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams, and manage profitability and KPI delivery.
• Experience with P&L ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the leadership team to meet sales and distribution targets.
• Develop annual business plans for volume, market share, profitability and routes.
