Synapse is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales professional to lead our global sales and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and developing innovative go-to-market strategies. As a key member of the executive team, they will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Synapse's growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a data-driven revenue strategy that leverages our expertise in data analytics, cloud, Product Design, IT consulting, etc.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand the companys reach and market share.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive account growth and customer retention and foster long-term partnerships.
- Analysing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of revenue generation strategies with overall business goals.
- Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Re-engineering and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track revenue performance and effectiveness of revenue generation initiatives.
- Analyze and use data and market research to set revenue goals, shape marketing processes and determine sales strategies.
- Oversee marketing efforts to generate qualified leads and build brand awareness.
- Work collaboratively with the product development team to ensure our offerings meet market needs and customer demands.
- Establish and maintain a high-performance sales culture with clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor and report on revenue performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to Management while ensuring its execution.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in a leadership role within the technology industry.
- Proven track record of success in growing and scaling an organization in the past.
- Excellent strategic thinking, financial acumen, and business development skills.
- Strong analytical skills, enabling the firm to make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of any additional tool is a plus.
