Job summary

Florence Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Professional Services to lead Implementations and Strategic Accounts, driving high‑quality service delivery and strong client relationships across global life sciences customers.

You will manage a P&L, align services with product roadmaps, scale teams, and leverage AI/automation to accelerate deployments, ensuring customer success and growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years relevant experience.
• 10+ years leading professional services at scale in a SaaS environment, preferably in life sciences.
• Demonstrated track record of building high-performance teams and achieving ambitious goals.
• Strong commercial judgment, P&L ownership, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead Implementations and Strategic Accounts teams to drive successful deployments across diverse client environments.
• Oversee key Strategic account relationships from rollout through lifecycle, including monthly business reviews and expansion.
• Align services with product roadmap and drive platform adoption and customer success.
• Manage post-M&A integrations and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
• Drive operational excellence, cost discipline, and performance metrics; innovate with AI/automation.
