Qualifications

• 12+ years relevant experience in professional services.
• 10+ years leading professional services at scale in a SaaS environment, preferably life sciences.
• Proven track record building high-performance teams in a high-velocity environment.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment with P&L ownership and data-driven decisions.
• Experience establishing cost-effective capacity management.
• Ability to drive collaboration across disparate groups for cohesive execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Accounts and Integrations teams, guiding them through scaling and evolution.
• Set team goals and KPIs aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee successful SaaS implementations across diverse client landscapes.
• Manage key global accounts from rollout through lifecycle, including executive reviews and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to identify value-driven opportunities across accounts.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Professional Services department.
• Work with Product Management to align services with customer needs and roadmap.
