Florence Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a strategic product leader to unite clinical trial operations depth with a scalable SaaS platform.

You will own platform vision, cross-functional alignment, and AI-enabled capabilities to drive ARR and customer success across Sponsor and Site solutions. We expect 7+ years in clinical operations, 8+ years in B2B SaaS product management, and strong leadership to scale platform ecosystems beyond single features.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience within clinical trial operations or clinical technologies.
• Working understanding of 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, ICH GCP E6(R3).
• 8+ years managing B2B SaaS product portfolios, with senior leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Define platform vision and cross-product workflows.
• Serve as internal authority on operational workflows for product direction.
• Partner with Engineering and AI teams to deliver AI-enabled features.
• Drive platform expansion, ARR, and retention with cross-functional teams.
• Manage integration strategy with APIs and partner ecosystems.
• Monitor market guidelines to shape long-term product bets.
