Job summary

Florence Healthcare - US is seeking a strategic Senior Product Leader to own the platform vision for our enterprise SaaS trial operations ecosystem, unifying Sponsor and Site apps with shared data and integrations.

You will partner with the VP of Product, scale platform architecture, drive ARR and retention, and steer AI-native capabilities while ensuring regulatory compliance across 21 CFR Part 11 and ICH GCP E6(R3).

Qualifications

• 7+ years in clinical trial operations or clinical tech.
• Experience with Sponsor-Site workflows and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, ICH GCP E6(R3).
• SaaS platform building and scaling experience.
• Experience leading product management teams (3+ years).

Responsibilities

• Define platform vision and architecture across Sponsor and Site apps.
• Drive data strategy and cross-product workflows.
• Lead AI-native capabilities aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Grow ARR and retention through packaging and GTM alignment.
