Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a VP in Non-Financial Risk & Controls Engineering Product Management. You will lead product strategy and execution across risk platforms, partnering with Risk, Compliance, and Engineering to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions.

You will drive vision, roadmaps, and investments while steering multi-team collaboration to deliver outcomes and improve risk governance. Strong stakeholder skills and AI-enabled initiatives are valued.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years in product management, program management, strategy, transformation, risk management, or technology delivery.
• Experience supporting Compliance, Risk, Regulatory, or Corporate Governance organizations.
• Experience with technology platforms, risk management platforms, entity management solutions, or contract management applications.
• Experience modernizing legacy platforms or implementing AI-enabled solutions within Risk organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization across a portfolio of applications.
• Partner with Risk and Controls and Engineering leads to understand priorities and identify tech-enabled improvements.
• Lead all phases of the product lifecycle from research to post-launch monitoring.
• Rationalize requirements across multiple applications and stakeholder groups.
• Develop expertise in risk, regulatory processes, data governance, or control frameworks.
• Drive decisions to ensure scalable, sustainable solutions aligned to objectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering to translate requirements into actionable outcomes.
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to improve products and user experience.
• Maintain visibility across the portfolio to identify simplification, convergence, and AI opportunities.
• Prepare executive updates and roadmaps for senior stakeholders.
