Job summary

The Goldman Sachs Group is seeking an Associate in Non-Financial Risk & Controls Engineering Product Management to drive product strategy across risk and control platforms. You will partner with Risk, Compliance and Engineering to translate business objectives into scalable tech solutions that enhance risk controls firm-wide.

You will define visions, prioritize investments, shape roadmaps, and manage delivery outcomes across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

Requires 3+ years in product management, program management, strategy, or technology delivery.
Experience supporting Compliance, Risk, Regulatory, or Corporate Governance.
Experience with risk platforms, entity management, or contract management tools.
Experience modernizing legacy platforms and implementing workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions.
Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable technology capabilities.
Strong product management lifecycle understanding from strategy to post-launch monitoring.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for risk/control platforms.
Partner with Risk, Compliance and Engineering leads on business priorities and tech opportunities.
Lead all phases of the product lifecycle from research to post-launch monitoring.
Translate business requirements into clear technical outcomes for delivery teams.
Develop executive communications, business cases, and roadmaps for senior stakeholders.
Represent product strategy and delivery in governance forums and stakeholder meetings.
