Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in product management, program management, strategy, transformation, risk management, or technology delivery.
• Experience supporting Compliance, Risk, Regulatory, or Corporate Governance organizations.
• Experience with technology platforms, risk management platforms, entity management solutions, or contract management applications.
• Experience modernizing legacy platforms or implementing workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions within Risk organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization across a portfolio of applications.
• Partner with Risk and Controls and Engineering leads to align priorities with business goals.
• Lead all phases of the product lifecycle from research to post-launch monitoring.
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable technology capabilities.
• Develop executive communications and roadmaps for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure clear, actionable technical outcomes.
