Job summary

Goldman Sachs seeks a Vice President for Non-Financial Risk & Controls Engineering Product Management to define product vision and drive execution across a portfolio of risk platforms. You will partner with Risk, Compliance and Engineering to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions and deliver value across the firm.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Experience leading product management, program management, strategy, transformation, risk management, or technology delivery.
• Experience supporting Compliance, Risk, Regulatory, or Corporate Governance organizations.
• Experience with technology platforms, risk management platforms, entity management solutions, or contract management apps.
• Experience modernizing legacy platforms or implementing workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions within Risk orgs.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable technology capabilities.
• Strong product management lifecycle experience from strategy through execution.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing a portfolio of initiatives and driving execution in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to operate in a global, high-pressure environment with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization across a portfolio of applications.
• Partner with Risk, Controls and Engineering to translate priorities into tech solutions.
• Drive all phases of the product lifecycle: research, requirements, design, launch, adoption, and monitoring.
• Rationalize business requirements across multiple applications and stakeholder groups.
• Develop expertise in risk, regulatory processes, data governance, or control frameworks.
• Shape business requirements and product design to ensure scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Lead prioritization, dependencies, and executive decision-making across initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering to convert requirements into actionable outcomes.
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to improve products and user experience.
• Maintain visibility across portfolios to identify simplification, convergence, and AI opportunities.
• Craft executive updates, business cases, and roadmaps for senior stakeholders.
• Represent product strategy in governance forums and stakeholder meetings.
