Qualifications

• Understanding of account lifecycle including underwriting, portfolio management, and collections.
• Experience in credit risk management focused on overdraft/connected commerce collection and recovery.
• Knowledge of risk metrics and profitability drivers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute risk criteria for retail overdraft and connected commerce collections
• Oversee collection and recovery processes to ensure effective outcomes
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures
