Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline.
• 7+ years of professional analytics experience supporting business strategy, risk, or performance management.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and execute end-to-end analyses with strong critical thinking.
• Proven experience applying statistical, quantitative, and data-mining techniques to identify trends.
• Strong ability to translate complex analysis into practical solutions and executive-ready conclusions.
• Experience producing risk/performance monitoring outputs (recurring reports, scorecards, KPI frameworks).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Track record of working independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams.
• Agility in learning and applying new tools and technologies to improve delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive analytics to measure and challenge key collections outcomes.
• Identify emerging trends and performance shifts using statistical methods.
• Analyze collections data to deliver diagnostics and opportunities for strategy.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to isolate drivers of performance and quantify impact.

• Prepare risk monitoring materials and performance narratives for management.
• Present findings and strategic implications to multiple levels of management.
• Lead the design, build, and delivery of MIS dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Partner across functions to align definitions, frameworks, and implementation plans.
• Monitor regulatory changes and external signals to improve risk management.
