Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a data-driven risk analytics professional to lead analytics and optimization of Authorization Risk Management strategies for Chase Business Cards. You will drive responsible growth by balancing financial performance with robust controls and governance.

The role interfaces with Risk Governance, Legal and Compliance, and Product teams to shape the risk strategy, implement data-driven decisioning, and monitor strategy performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field from an accredited university.
• 5+ years in Consumer/Business lending.
• Knowledge of Consumer/Business credit laws.
• SAS, SQL, and statistical analysis experience.
• Leadership in solving business problems with analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex analysis and present results to partners and management.
• Develop portfolio analytics with internal/external data and macro trends.
• Manage overlimit authorization strategies and exposure at customer level.
• Support risk strategy and product roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Implement controls and governance to manage operational risk.
