Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, channel management, commercial strategy, analytics, business operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience leveraging technology, automation, analytics, and AI to improve commercial performance.
• Experience leading commercial operations functions in complex organizations.
• Experience operating in distribution or partner ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to identify automation opportunities and leverage AI to improve productivity and quality.
• Demonstrated success building reporting, forecasting, attribution, CRM, and performance management capabilities.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and business planning experience.
• Demonstrated success partnering with Product, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own CRM governance, forecast, and sales operating rhythms.
• Lead onboarding, activation, partner management, and performance reviews of distribution partners.
• Own GTM analytics, BI, and executive reporting capabilities.
