Vasion is seeking a VP of Revenue Operations to rebuild, optimize, and scale all revenue‑generating processes across sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships.

You will align go‑to‑market strategies with company goals, drive operational excellence, and implement data‑driven approaches to maximize revenue growth and efficiency, leading a cross‑functional team to break down silos and drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in revenue or sales operations leadership in SaaS/tech.
• Bachelor’s in Business/Finance; MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to lead operational teams and drive optimization.
• Strong analytical and metrics-driven decision making.
• Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience building scalable cross-functional processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the revenue strategy and execution roadmap.
• Align revenue goals with company objectives and initiatives.
• Rebuild scalable, repeatable revenue processes across teams.
• Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Own pipeline management, forecasting, and KPI dashboards.
