Job summary

Vasion in Utah (Lehi) seeks a VP of Revenue Operations to rebuild, optimize, and scale revenue processes across sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships.

You will align go-to-market strategies with company goals, drive operational excellence, and implement data-driven approaches to maximize revenue growth. Lead a team and collaborate with product and finance to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in revenue or sales operations leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance; MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and scale revenue optimization.
• Strong analytics with metrics-driven decisions.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the revenue strategy and execution roadmap.
• Align revenue goals with company objectives.
• Re-build scalable, repeatable processes for growth.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, and customer success to create seamless lead-to-revenue processes.
• Own revenue reporting and forecasting; build dashboards and provide analytical insights.
• Lead and mentor a Revenue Operations team.
