Job summary

WealthPlus, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Retirement Plan Implementations to lead onboarding strategy and execution for new clients, migrations, and payroll integrations.

This senior leader will build and scale the team, define processes, and ensure a superior client experience across partners and participants. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of retirement plan implementation/recordkeeping experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership, building and scaling client-facing teams.
• Proven experience developing implementation processes, onboarding programs, KPIs, escalation management and executive-level client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale onboarding for new clients, including plan onboarding, employer setup, plan build, and launch readiness across the WealthPlus platform.
• Oversee plan conversions, transition planning, data intake, validation, stakeholder coordination, and go-live execution.
• Serve as primary lead coordinating the TPA relationship for client and partner alignment across providers, documentation standards, conversion requirements, and milestones.
• Own end-to-end implementation for new business, ensuring timely, high-quality experiences for advisors, TPAs, sponsors, and participants.
• Drive payroll integrations, onboarding, data mapping, partner coordination, exception handling, and initial processing.
• Build scalable implementation playbooks, onboarding standards, conversion procedures, launch checklists, escalation paths, and performance metrics.
