Qualifications

• 15+ years of retail experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in multi-site operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proven track record of driving operational strategy, financial performance, and talent development.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Willingness to travel locally 50-75%.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and direction for retail operations across multiple locations to drive revenue, profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage analytics and best practices to optimize pricing, inventory flow, merchandising, labor productivity, and customer experience.
• Ensure consistency, compliance, safety, loss prevention, and scalable processes across the enterprise.
• Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team and build a strong talent pipeline for District Managers and Store General Managers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on digital transformation, systems integration, and new store development.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.
