Job summary

You will manage major retailer relationships, expand priority accounts, and guide modernization initiatives while collaborating with Marketing, IT, Finance, and Ops to deliver measurable sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 7–10 years in sales or sales management with a track record of meeting targets.
• 5+ years in a management role; lead a large sales force and drive growth.
• Advanced knowledge of lottery products preferred.
• E-commerce experience to enhance omnichannel strategy.
• Strong budgeting, analytics, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; AI proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive retail sales strategy to maximize revenue.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust strategy for growth.
• Lead Field Sales Operations and optimize staffing and ROI.
• Build relationships with chain store owners and retailers; drive onboarding.
• Partner with Marketing, IT, Finance to align retail execution with product strategy.
