Job summary

Augmodo is seeking a Vice President of New Business Development for Retail to drive global market expansion and secure strategic partnerships with major global retailers. You will lead efforts to transition customers from pilots to enterprise deployments, serving as a trusted advisor to C‑suite executives and aligning with product and engineering roadmaps.

You will own revenue goals, forecast pipelines, and refine scalable sales processes while mentoring a growth‑minded team of business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in Enterprise Sales or Business Development, focusing on new logo acquisition in retail or related tech.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global new business development strategy.
• Own new logo acquisition and expansion revenue goals, forecast pipeline and bookings.
• Lead strategic pitch meetings and proposals to secure new logos and align on partnership goals.
• Cultivate and maintain deep C‑suite relationships across prospective enterprise Retail accounts.
• Build and refine sales playbooks aligned to product and engineering capabilities and roadmap.
• Mentor and grow a world‑class team of BDs with a bias for action.
