Responsibilities

• Lead ticket coordination and field technician teams; ensure timely responses and scalable staffing.
• Oversee emergency protocols and 24-hour response for resident safety and property protection.
• Lead adoption of LeadSimple, Google Gemini, Notion; ensure data-driven SOPs.
• Drive revenue growth across maintenance streams and cost controls.
• Recruit local contractors and enforce vendor SLAs with audits.
• Collaborate with executive peers to align turnovers, occupancy, and client relations.
