Job summary

Nest DC seeks a strategic VP of Residential Rental Real Estate Maintenance to lead maintenance operations for scattered-site homes and small multi-family assets in the District. You will own staff leadership, budgeting, vendor relations, and technology adoption to maximize service quality and profitability.

You will drive 24/7 readiness, scale field staffing, and collaborate with executive peers to align turnovers, client relations, and NOI growth while embedding Nest DC's mission-driven culture

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in maintenance operations.
• Proven ability to manage field technicians and vendor networks.
• Strong financial discipline and NOI management.
• Familiarity with property management tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance ticket coordination across teams.
• Oversee field technician roster and vendor network.
• Drive adoption of LeadSimple, Google Gemini/Lucy AI, Notion, AppFolio, and Rippling.
• Set growth targets and ensure revenue and profitability.
