Job summary

Barclays is seeking a VP-level Release Train Engineer to drive Agile delivery at scale across multiple squads and journey groups. You will oversee PI planning and execution, manage dependencies in Jira, and ensure alignment with business outcomes through collaboration and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong coaching across teams, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement to deliver value in large-scale Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering across multiple Agile teams and PI planning.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks to ensure quality releases.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Planning and events for multiple teams across the program.
• Monitor planning execution and refine backlogs for strategic alignment.
• Coach Scrum Masters and teams on cross-team agile practices.
• Identify cross-team risks and dependencies, driving mitigation and blockers removal.
• Coordinate stakeholder collaboration and manage interlock across teams.
