Barclays is seeking a VP-level Release Train Engineer to drive Agile delivery at scale across multiple squads and journey groups. You will oversee PI planning and execution, manage dependencies in Jira, and ensure alignment with business outcomes through collaboration and continuous improvement.

The Release Train Engineer, RTE oversees the planning and execution of Planning Increments, PIs through the guidance of multiple Squads within a Journey Group / Platform. The RTE manages dependencies, removes impediments, and ensures alignment and delivery to business outcomes. RTEs foster collaboration across Squads, ensure alignment with business targets, and drive continuous improvement in large-scale Agile environments.

Salary In Whippany, NJ Minimum Salary: $155,000
Maximum Salary: $225,000
