Ladders, a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech, seeks a Vice President of Regulatory Strategy Diligence to own high-stakes regulatory due diligence for licensing and acquisition opportunities, partnering with executive leadership to assess regulatory risks and manufacturing considerations.

The role requires 15+ years in pharma/biotech with regulatory and business development, plus 8+ years in leadership and a strong GMP background. Remote position with top-tier compensation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in pharma/biotech with regulatory and business development focus.
• 8+ years in a leadership/management role.
• Experience with licensing and acquisition due diligence.
• Strong strategic management with executive leadership interaction.
• Deep understanding of GMP requirements and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory due diligence for licensing and acquisition opportunities
• Evaluate drug and device regulatory development and associated risks
• Own integrated regulatory risk assessments and communicate key assumptions
• Assess CMC manufacturing and lifecycle management plans
• Review regulatory aspects of CRO and CMO capabilities and compliance history
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support transaction decisions
• Prepare diligence reports and executive presentations
