Travere Therapeutics seeks a Vice President, Regulatory Strategy Diligence to lead regulatory due diligence for external business development opportunities, including licensing, acquisitions, partnerships, and collaborations in the rare disease space. This role requires deep regulatory expertise across small molecules and biologics and the ability to translate complex findings into executive guidance.

• 15+ years in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries with regulatory and business development focus.
• 8+ years of people management and leadership experience.
• Experience with biologics and small molecule development and commercialization.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to present to senior management.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regulatory due diligence for licensing, acquisition, partnership, and external innovation opportunities.
• Assess readiness risks for clinical/commercial-stage assets and develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with BD, Clinical, Non-clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Legal, and IT stakeholders.
• Prepare diligence reports, risk registers, and executive presentations.
• Lead regulatory input into term sheets, agreements, and governance documents.
• Establish enterprise regulatory due diligence standards, tools, and risk frameworks.
• Advise leadership on regulatory considerations for strategic transactions.
• Support post-deal integration planning and regulatory strategy alignment.
