For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Regulatory Strategy Diligence to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This leader will own high-stakes regulatory diligence across licensing and acquisition opportunities, helping shape transaction decisions in a highly scientific and highly regulated environment. The role will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to assess regulatory risks, development pathways, and manufacturing considerations. Success in this position will come from combining deep regulatory insight with business judgment to produce clear, actionable recommendations that support growth initiatives.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $285,000 – $385,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory due diligence for licensing and acquisition opportunities


• Evaluate drug and device regulatory development and associated risks


• Own integrated regulatory risk assessments and communicate key assumptions
