Ladders, a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech, seeks a Senior Vice President, Head of Global Regulatory Affairs to shape global regulatory strategy across late-stage development, launch, and commercial programs. This senior leadership role partners with senior management, development teams, and regulatory authorities to support business objectives and market access.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $210,000 – $250,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in regulatory affairs with 10+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading regulatory teams through expansion.
• Deep knowledge of US and EU regulatory environments.
• Expertise in regulatory strategy for late-stage, launch, and commercial products.

Responsibilities

• Develop US and global regulatory strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide leadership and direction on regulatory strategies to senior management and development teams.
• Contribute strategically to clinical development plans.
• Lead the regulatory team in delivering expert advice and operationalizing key activities.
• Identify growth opportunities for team talent and forecast capability needs based on pipeline evolution.
• Act as the primary liaison and coordinate with regulatory authorities for daily interactions and information requests.
• Implement regulatory policies and standards for company-wide compliance.
