Job summary

Travere Therapeutics in San Diego, CA seeks a Vice President, Regulatory Strategy Diligence to lead the Regulatory Due Diligence team and assess clinical/commercial assets for external deals. You will partner with BD, Clinical, QA, and Legal to identify regulatory risks and craft mitigation plans.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD (preferred) in pharmaceutical sciences, biology, engineering, chemistry or related field.
• 15+ years in pharma/biotech with regulatory and business development focus.
• 8 years of leadership/people management experience.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership in strategic transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory due diligence for licensing, acquisition, partnership and external opportunities.
• Evaluate regulatory development across all product development stages and timelines.
• Own integrated regulatory risk assessment and recommend mitigations.
• Review CMC, manufacturing, analytical development and lifecycle plans.
• Prepare diligence reports, risk registers and executive presentations.
• Lead input into term sheets, agreements and governance for transactions.
