Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Vice President of Regulatory Strategy Diligence to lead the Regulatory Due Diligence team. This executive will assess licensing, acquisition, partnership, and external innovation opportunities, identifying regulatory risks and mitigations across clinical, manufacturing and CMC aspects.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in pharmaceutical sciences, biology, engineering, chemistry or related field.
• 15+ years in pharma/biotech with regulatory development and BD focus.
• 8+ years of people management/leadership experience.
• Proven ability to interact with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory due diligence for licensing, acquisition, partnership and external innovation opportunities.
• Assess clinical, manufacturing, and technical readiness across assets.
• Develop risk assessments, timelines, and mitigation plans for regulatory strategies.
• Collaborate with BD, Clinical, Non-clinical, Pharmacovigilance, Quality and Legal teams.
• Prepare diligence reports, risk registers and executive-level recommendations.
• Contribute to term sheets, quality agreements and transition plans.
