Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Vice President, Regulatory Strategy Diligence to lead regulatory due diligence for licensing, acquisition, partnership, and external innovation opportunities. You will evaluate regulatory development, including CMC and lifecycle management, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support transaction decisions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology with regulatory and business development focus.
• 8+ years of people management and leadership experience.
• Experience interacting with executive leadership in a strategic management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regulatory due diligence for licensing, acquisition, partnership, and external innovation opportunities.
• Evaluate regulatory development across clinical and commercial asset development.
• Own integrated regulatory risk assessment and recommended mitigations for each opportunity.
• Review CMC, drug substance/product manufacturing, and lifecycle management plans from a regulatory perspective.
• Coordinate with CROs/CMOs on capabilities, compliance history, and readiness to support supply.
