Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial services compliance or regulatory operations.
• Hands-on experience with broker-dealer regulation and FinOps principles.
• Knowledge of SEC Rules 15c3-1 and 15c3-3 and FINRA supervisory requirements.
• Experience with digital assets, tokenized securities, or crypto-native products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory operations for a new digital asset broker-dealer.
• Develop and maintain BD policies, controls, and books/records.
• Lead KYC/AML design for onchain product distribution.
• Advise on licensing for new geographies and product structures.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and product teams on regulatory guidance.
