Job summary

VanEck is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst for the Fund Administration team, with a focus on full lifecycle fund reporting, including regulatory filings and audit collaboration. The role is based in Tampa, FL (preferred) or New York, NY, with on-site work three days a week.

You will prepare financial reports, assist audits, manage budgets, and deliver board reports while driving process enhancements and exploring AI-driven automation.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong data analysis ability.
• Experience analyzing financial data and improving processes.
• Good communication across departments and with auditors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fund administration environment.
• Familiarity with financial reporting lifecycle and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports including loading fund data and resolving discrepancies.
• Assist with annual/semi-annual audits and liaise with internal/external teams.
• Prepare expense budgets and process payments.
• Generate Board of Trustees reports and monitor securities lending activity.
• Identify productivity improvements and report to management.
• Explore AI-driven automation to enhance reporting models and procedures.
• Support department and company projects as needed.
