Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting & Accounting Lead (VP) based in Pittsburgh, PA, with options for Birmingham, AL or Cleveland, OH. You will act as a subject matter expert on regulatory reporting and accounting considerations, guiding stakeholders through changes and strengthening governance practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in regulatory reporting and governance.
  • 8+ years of industry experience in finance roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide regulatory reporting advisory support for new products, transactions, organizational changes and strategic initiatives.
  • Interpret regulatory reporting requirements and develop positions for complex accounting, capital, liquidity and financial reporting.
  • Monitor regulatory, accounting and industry developments and assess their impact to reporting processes.
  • Lead regulatory change implementation end-to-end with stakeholder communication and readiness activities.
  • Maintain regulatory reporting policies, governance standards and interpretive guidance.
  • Strengthen the regulatory reporting control environment with Risk, Compliance and Audit involvement.
