BNY is seeking a Vice President, Reconciliation to join the Managed Account Solutions team in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. You will perform in-depth reconciliation analysis, identify trends and root causes, and drive recommended solutions while leading reconciliation engagements across business areas.

The role oversees testing and implementation of reconciliation software, presents findings to senior stakeholders, and mentors junior staff.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-12 years of total work experience; experience in financial services preferred.
• Ability to decipher complex root causes of reconciliation breaks and interpret detailed data analyses.
• Experience with reconciliation software testing, implementation validation, and oversight of testing by junior staff.
• People leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete in-depth data analysis of reconciliations, identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and execute on recommendations.
• Lead reconciliation engagements across business areas, ensuring consistent practices and outcomes.
• Review and oversee testing and implementation of reconciliation software; conduct complex testing and validate implementation code.
• Review, analyze, and present conclusions, recommendations, and updates to senior staff.
